All of our vending machines are clean, new and state of the art. Rupees Bill acceptors are standard for all equipment. We can place many different types of machines on your business premises upon agreement : Snack, Juice, Food, Coffee, Milk, Soft drinks. Remote monitoring of vending machines. Pa G’s Vending Express machines will have the Smart vend system installed, a ‘telemetry’ system that connects your vending machine to Pa G’s Vending Express computer system. With a telemetry system installed, operational team of Pa G’s Vending Express can check your current stock levels and troubleshoot potential problems like machine breakdowns and coin jams, away from your premises, at any time of the day or night. This means your stock can be replenished, or your machine problems fixed, without you having to pick up the phone.

Technical Department:
Reliable and prompt technical assistance is essential in the vending industry. Our Route operators have been trained to handle a variety of common service problems and most importantly, to monitor certain components for signs of wear and report them to our service department before they become a problem. Although the emphasis on Preventative Maintenance keeps “service calls” at a minimum, there is just no way to eliminate them completely. For us, the keys to a “corrective problem are speed, effectiveness and a conscious return to the Preventative Maintenance mode. To effect this prompt response time, our Service Technicians are contacted immediately so that they know of your difficulty, and its nature, just minutes after you’ve reported it to our office. All technical maintenance is Free of Charge.

Pa G’s Vending Express will commit to provide your business with a full vending service which can include the supply of cold drinks, hot drinks, hot or cold food, snack and healthy alternative vending machines. We will also commit to operate all vending machines in your business, so that you will only have one point of contact for any matters relating to vending. Pa G’s Vending Express focus is on offering an efficient & reliable service whereby all machines are constantly monitored. This ensures machines are regularly replenished and preventative maintenance & cleanliness inspections are conducted weekly or as required.

We offer a full refund service for any customer who claims a refund is due to the malfunctioning of our machines, or any dissatisfaction with their purchase.
